Code of Conduct

The standards every member of AO Koropiou USA Table Soccer Club plays by.

Our club

Club values

Subbuteo is a game of skill, and of character. These are the values we expect from every member.

  1. 01
    Stand by each other

Support your clubmates and stay loyal to them and to the club, in wins and in losses.

  2. 02
    Respect everyone

Treat everyone in the Subbuteo community with dignity and respect.

  3. 03
    Honor the game

Respect Subbuteo's tradition and history, and play with honesty and class.

  4. 04
    Play anywhere

Members are free to enter any table football tournament they like.

No abusive language. Profanity directed at a clubmate, an opponent or a referee is not tolerated. A first offense brings a final warning; a second ends club membership.
FISTF

Fair-play principles

We also follow the fair-play principles of FISTF, the world governing body of table football.

  1. 01
    Respect to all

Follow the written rules and respect the unwritten ones: opponents, teammates, referees and spectators.

  2. 02
    Friendship

Rivalry on the pitch and friendship off it go together.

  3. 03
    Team spirit

Success shared with a team means more.

  4. 04
    Fair competition

A win only counts when it is earned honestly.

  5. 05
    Sport without doping

Doping is cheating, and it harms the game.

  6. 06
    Equality

Everyone competes on equal terms, so results mean something.

  7. 07
    Integrity

Honesty and strong principles are at the heart of fair play.

  8. 08
    Solidarity

Players back each other's goals and dreams.

  9. 09
    Tolerance

Accepting decisions you disagree with is part of self-control.

  10. 10
    Care

Players look out for one another.

  11. 11
    Excellence

Sport is a shared pursuit of doing our best.

  12. 12
    Fair play for champions

No one is a true champion without fair play.

  13. 13
    Joy

Enjoy the game, even at its most competitive.

  14. 14
    Fair play in everyday life

Respect for others and for sport carries over into the rest of life.

“The essential thing is not to have won, but to have fought well.”Pierre de Coubertin, founder of the modern Olympic Games
